Retreats
I offer group and couples retreats for understanding the nature of stress and change – and the complexities that accompany them. I facilitate ways to shift negative thoughts through deprogramming and hypnosis techniques to reprogramming and transforming your thoughts to a shift in your consciousness that compliments achievement in health, joy, abundance, and all we seek in our lives.

I authored The Gift of Change, Embracing Challenges Today for a Promising Tomorrow, Balboa Press, 2013, and Surviving Stress with a Healing Heart, Whitehall Press, 2002. I also offer a mindfulness meditation CD.
At various times in our life, we all face challenges that very often include the need for change and transformation. We are led how to examine how we make changes that reflect who we are and what we want to achieve.
The Gift of Change presents ways of exploring what behaviors determine how we handle the challenges we face. It offers information that may entice us to make healthier choices that lead to a fulfilled life with more joy. This is the gift that change can bring us to raise our level of consciousness.
