A: Making healthy food choices is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Hypnosis can be a very effective way to lose weight if you are open and you believe in yourself to make the change. An example of how I practice weight loss, is I don’t deprive the client of anything. Deprivation can lead to binging, therefore, it is important to reduce the amount of food intake while the subconscious mind is receptive to the positive changes that will take place. It will be a gradual process and a lifestyle change rather than a “diet.” Diets you go on and go off, and they are not productive. The words that the subconscious mind retains and absorbs will make the power of the mind achieve success with weight loss.
Portion sizes pay a significant part in healthy eating, so there is not overeating. It’s also important to include drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water per day and making exercise a part of your daily life. It’s also important to be mindful and chew your food at least 10 times before swallowing. All of these positive suggestions that the subconscious absorbs can contribute to healthy and gradual weight loss for a lifestyle change.
