Summer is also a great time to spend doing activities outside such as walking or hiking in nature, biking, swimming, golfing, gardening, and having friends over for out door gatherings and attending festivals. Sometimes it is nice to just relax in the yard in a lounge chair or hammock and read your favorite novel.

Road trips can also be a fun activity for family and friends. Camping is a favorite and it is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and spend a vacation that can be simple.

I love to make sun teas from flowers. Hibiscus is a great selection. Fill a clear glass jar with spring water and let it steep in the sun for a few hours. You can also make moon teas to enhance your lunar, dreamy side as you allow your flowers to be in the moonlight.
